Our Driver & Project Manager

I am Devin Tsegaye (Se-guy-ya) Versteegen (Ver-stay-gen), I hold a B.A. in Mass Communication, a B.S. in Motorsport Management, and a certificate in Social Media Management. I played College Football as a Punter for 4 years where I had numerous achievements including several All-Conference selections, setting records at both Shaw University and Winston-Salem State University despite the adversity of a hip surgery. During Free Agency I worked out for almost all 32 NFL teams as well as a few CFL teams, and obtained a few offers to play pro-football in Europe in early 2026 but life pulled me in a new direction. I have since traded my football helmet in for a race car helmet and haven't looked back since. My racing career is fairly young, I started in a junior karting league when I was little, but a majority of my current "behind the wheel" experience coming from SIM time! Above all things I am a devout Catholic & hope to spread the fullness of the truth through all of my platforms. My timeline

A timeline of Devin's athletic career from a first person perspective. At age 11 My first time in anything racing related. My parents put me into a Junio Karting thing with Chicago Indoor racing prior to it’s buyout by K1 speed. Throughout my whole childhood soccer was my focus was making it to the next level in soccer. Playing for clubs like Chicago Fire! At age 13 my family moved from Chicago to Raleigh, North Carolina. I then (‘17-’21) started kicking for the varsity football team in addition to playing soccer opening a new chapter of my athletic career, setting all the school records (which would be broken in 2024).In 2021 I graduated from High School with an offer to play at Shaw University. I saw immediate action, set the record for the longest punt in school history my sophomore year. With muiltiple All-conference selections. At age 20 Between Sophomore year & Junior year I tore 4 muscles in my left hip and 1 in my right hip. I had to get a surgery to reconnect everything back to the bone. I ended up graduating early to enter the transfer portal for my remaining eligibility. In 2024 I was picked up by Winston-Salem State University where I set the record for the Highest Punt Yd. Avg in a single game, and the 2nd longest punt in school history. In the fall I had a couple NFL teams looking at me, with 1 being the Bill who came to personally work me out. At age 22 Free Agency started, I travelled down to Florida for a combine where I had several pro teams chart me. I had my pro day where I punted in front of almost all 32 NFL teams & some CFL teams. In early 2026 I obtained a few offers to play pro football for a few teams in Europe but life kept me stateside. In the late spring of 2026 I bought a legends team with only ever having SIM experience in a legends car. At age 23 My first race in a legend car is around to corner in the latter half of 2026. I am hoping to run Hill Climb & Asphalt Oval this year!

Day 2 Day

I currently work as a Digital Marketing Manager. I oversee several brands such as Citrusafe Grill Cleaners, Bryson Screen Cleaner, Citrusafe Racing, New-Again Rust Remover, plus a few others. I have experience building various digital assets for various marketing purposes whether it's video, photo, graphic, ad sets on Meta/ Google, or product listings in various marketplaces like Walmart.com & Amazon.com.
